Services we offer
Group Yoga/ Pilates class

Invite your friends/ neighbors/ family to your back yard for a Yoga or Pilates Class! This is a great way to get together and do an activity together. We will adjust the class to your desired level and can teach on grass/ concrete/ wood/ indoor / out door – you name it! We will have a consultation before the class and look at the space together to make sure it works for the class purpose. (If you have more than 10 people it will be an extra charge of $10 per person).

Private Yoga/ Pilates class
YOGA
We will guide you through the most common yoga poses (asana) as well as some guided breathing excercises (pranayama). We will go over some of the basic Yoga fundamentals (not only the poses) and work on any specific area you want to focus on.
PILATES
We will guide you through the most common Mat Pilates poses. We will go over some basic techniques to get the most out of your Pilates Work out and we will also work on any specific area you want to focus on.
We do a short consultation over the phone before your session to personalize the content for your needs and interest. This is a great way to get started with yoga or mat pilates if you are not comfortable in a group setting or if you want to be able to ask a lot of questions along the way!
Wellness Workshop

Invite your friends/ neighbors/ family to your home for a Wellness Workshop! This is a convenient way to get the ladies together for a fun workshop. We will dig into the 7 areas of wellness, our core values and time budgeting. There will also be some healthy snacks provided and some yummy recipes to share! (If you have more than 10 people it will be an extra charge of $20 per person).
