Upon request, this month's video is all about the plank. I go through different variations and how to amp up this classic exercise. The plank is a good body weight exercise which, if executed correctly, activates most larger muscle groups in your body. However, sometimes it can get rather boring and I wanted to show a couple different variations to the plank! From leg movement to a side plank, watch the video to see if you've tried any of these and let me know what you feel about the different exercises!
